YESTERDAY
Views: 3500

I went back on chemo yesterday and it really was icky. First of all my platelets are still really low, but we went ahead and did 2/3’s of a dose. I started getting really ill (nausea) while getting it, so they turned the drips down. I ended up there from 11:30 am until 5:30! I felt horrible when I got home. My friend Gerri had made us dinner so I was so happy to see that Bill was being fed. I ate a little and headed to the couch after taking everything I could for nausea. I have the fanny pack pump on too. Today I have a 3 hour drip and refill the fanny pump for another day. I also had restless legs all night that about drove me nuts…I was up most of the night. I hope the infusion goes better today. I am going to come home and go to bed..try to sleep it off.

I do not wish to complain, but I guess yesterday day and night kind of got me, BUT today I feel better and I hope it continues through my treatment.

It is a beautiful day outside today! Couldn’t ask for more.

Thank you Jacque for sitting with me yesterday. I had a nice time considering how I was feeling, chatting and catching up with you!

Be well everyone!

Sorry things didn’t go well for you. Boy I understand about the legs. I get such horrid muscle spams in mine when I become to toxic every hour on the hour…. Hang in there things could get better tomorrow..
