Yesterday I had my very long day of chemo therapy drips for 5 1/2 hours. I then had the fanny pack put on me filled with chemo therapy to wear for 48 hours. I was very tired after I got home yesterday and I had some nausa..eck! During my drips yesterday my friends Debbie and Jacques came to sit with me. We had a good time chatting and Deb and Jacque got to know each other. I love watching people become friends right in front of me. It sure makes the world a happier place having lot’s of friends.
Today I do my 3 hour chemo therapy drip and my friend Mary is coming to visit me. Then I will go back on Thursday and have the fanny pack removed. These 3 days are very exhausting for me, and I thank God that my Bill completely takes over everything and takes such good care of me. His love for me is enormous! He is such a good man who I love dearly!
Those that I owe phone call backs, please be patient with me…I will get back to you soon
Please be there for your friends in good times and bad….this can make you happy and feel good either way.

Sue,
It is great that you have such a good support system. It helps

Dear friend each day I check in to see what is going on. When I do I see your face I know that you are one of the strongest people I know. I did not have to go through what you and many others have, but I see that you have a strong personality, and can fight anything that they toss at you.
Love Sherri
Yes, Sheri I am trying really hard to be strong through all this. Today is my worse day following 3 days of chemo therapy. I slept until 11:30 and then slept another 2 hours on the couch. I am very lucky that I am able to do this! One of my friends was at my door earlier with a welcome slice of home-made bread. This was the first thing I ate all day at 3:00pm, and it was so good. I am back to laying down now and have high hopes of feeling better tomorrow. Bless all of you…you’re all in my prayers. Sue
